  • 1 ½ cup (about 50 grams) of coconut flour, shredded coconut
  • 5 oz (about 150 grams) of coconut milk
  • 7 oz (about 200 grams) of milk of your choice
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 3 oz (about 80 grams) of dark chocolate
  1. Combine coconut milk, coconut flour, milk, stevia, and chia seeds in a medium bowl and stir together until all ingredients are fully combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into 6 popsicle molds and place a wooden craft stick into each. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. Take out of the freezer and molds and drizzle with melted chocolate.
